The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated in respect of M/s Garib Nawaz Hotels Private Limited(Corporate Debtor) under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the Code) by an order reference no (IB) No. 319/Chd/Chd/2019 of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, with effect from 09.02.2024.
